Say goodbye to dust and allergens in your HVAC system
We provide an upfront price, unlike other bait and switch companies, and include all return and supply vents.
Our local, family owned business has the expertise and knowledge to handle any job, big or small.
We use state-of-the-art equipment and techniques to thoroughly clean your air ducts.
After our initial inspection, we create access holes in the duct work close to the furnace to connect our high pressure vacuum that removes all loose dust and debris. Next, we use our forced-air air-whip tools in the supply and return vents to loosen and push the dust and debris that are stuck in your vents, which is then removed by our high-pressure vacuum. We air wash your furnace coils and filter compartment, replace vent covers, and seal everything tightly. *Price includes up to 3000 FSF.
Dryer vent cleaning without air duct cleaning is $125. **This price only includes ground level dryer wall vents.
If you schedule an air duct cleaning and dryer vent cleaning, you will receive the ground level dryer wall vent cleaning for free.
*Prices do not include sales tax.

Air duct cleaning is the process of removing contaminants such as dust, dirt, and debris from the ductwork of a heating or cooling system.
The National Air Duct Cleaners Association recommends having your air ducts cleaned every 2-5 years.
The benefits of air duct cleaning include improved indoor air quality, reduced allergens and irritants, increased energy efficiency, and extended lifespan of your HVAC system.
The most effective way to clean air ducts and ventilation systems is to employ source removal methods of cleaning. This requires a contractor to place the system under negative pressure, through the use of a specialized, powerful vacuum. While the vacuum draws air through the system, devices are inserted into the ducts to dislodge any debris that might be stuck to interior surfaces. The debris can then travel down the ducts to the vacuum, which removes it from the system and the home.
The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency says that “duct cleaning services typically – but not always – range in cost from $450 to $1,000 per heating and cooling system, depending on the services offered, the size of the system to be cleaned, system accessibility, climactic region and level of contamination” and type of duct material.
Indoor air quality is one concern that homeowners have when they decide to investigate air duct cleaning. Your heating and cooling system is the lungs of your home. The system takes air in and breathes air out.
Through normal occupation in a home, we generate a lot of contaminants and air pollutants, such as dander, dust, and chemicals. These contaminants are pulled into the HVAC system and re-circulated 5 to 7 times per day, on average. Over time, this re-circulation causes a build-up of contaminants in the ductwork.
While dirty ducts don’t necessarily mean unhealthy air in your home, school or workplace, they may contribute to larger health issues or harbor contaminants that could cause serious problems for people with respiratory health conditions, autoimmune disorders, or allergies.
According to the U.S. Department of Energy, 25 to 40 percent of the energy used for heating or cooling a home is wasted. Contaminants in the heating and cooling system cause it to work harder and shorten the life of your system. Although filters are used, the heating and cooling system still gets dirty through everyday use.
When an HVAC system is clean, it doesn’t have to work as hard to maintain the temperature you desire. As a result, less energy is used, leading to improved cost-effectiveness.
We also offer dryer vent cleaning services to improve the safety and efficiency of your dryer. Our team will remove any lint build-up in your dryer vent, reducing the risk of fire and prolonging the life of your dryer.
